Kates classes are amazing, they are fast becoming one of my favourite parts of the week. I have suffered from anxiety for years, and I find myself leaving Kate’s classes feeling grounded, clear minded and able to breathe. She is such a warm and calming soul. I’m sleeping better, and have some tools to manage my stress and anxiety on a day to day basis now. Project Soul has unlocked a whole new chapter for me. I honestly cannot recommend Kate and her classes highly enough.

Before the session, I was quite anxious and stressed due to all sorts of personal issues going on.

After sitting down with a herbal cuppa and lovely essential oils, I began to relax and unwind. This enabled me to open up about my worries and feel understood and supported.

The session was tailored specially for me on the day.
When I left the session, I immediately had a sense of feeling uplifted. As time went on I would reflect on the discussion we had and the advice given, plus the practical breathing exercises. I felt a sense of healing.

I would say to someone who may be feeling overwhelmed and stressed in their lives, to consider a session with Kate to see how talking to someone who listens and is non-judgemental can help alleviate worries they may have.

I suffer from High Functioning Anxiety and Pyrrole Disorder and have for as long as I can remember. My thoughts on meditation were it would never help and I could never sit still or quieten my mind for even 1 minute, only meds would help. But through a friend I was introduced to Kate’s Project Soul and gave it a go. Amazing results! After the first session I came home and felt like I was living in the moment and actually felt calm and was able to stop and really listen to my kids and not be thinking of the 10 other things I needed to do. I really like being able to have Skype sessions while in my own home. Kate’s energy and calming presence could be felt over the internet! She is a great listener and I felt like she just got me.

Before I worked with Kate, I felt like I was going to fall and fail. I felt like everything was falling apart, my vibrational frequency was very low and my interest to live was little.

I always thought meditation meant sitting for ages and trying to empty my mind. An impossible feat for this busy brain!

But I’ve realised that meditation is about stillness, acceptance and observation. It’s a beautiful non-judgemental and non-doing moment of time I carve out for myself just like exercise, that I can even do in bed or on the bus.

Kate has a lovely gently manner and is a wonderful listener. When I arrived for my first session, I was running late due to traffic delays and after a long stressful week of work, I felt quite uptight on arrival. My stress levels would have been quite high.

Kate has such a gentle manner that I soon felt at ease and able to relax and talk in my session. The soothing blend of tea Kate offered me was just what I needed and a very thoughtful addition to our session.

By the end, my whole body felt very calm and relaxed and I was able to enjoy the rest of my evening and take this calmness into my weekend which I am sure my family appreciated.

I will never again use the word should!! Any decisions I make in future are because I want to choose this path not because I feel I should do it for someone else.
